Intuitive Touch Therapy is a space for you to experience safe, nurturing touch & connection without expectation, pressure, or the need to give anything back

During these sessions I use gentle & intuitively led techniques to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body & that inner child need to be seen and cared for. From soothing strokes, hair play, back scratches, energy work & more, each session is unique and tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Perfect for deep relaxation, nervous system & emotional regulation and bringing a sense of calm and safety back to the body.
